Ingredients
For the Sliders:
12 slider rolls
1 pound thinly sliced steak (ribeye or sirloin recommended)
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon onion powder
½ teaspoon garlic powder
¼ teaspoon black pepper
1 green bell pepper, diced
1 onion, diced
6 slices provolone cheese
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
3 tablespoons butter, melted
1 tablespoon onion, finely diced
Instructions
Step 1: Preheat & Prepare the Rolls
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Slice the slider rolls in half and place the bottom halves in an 11” x 7” baking dish or on a baking sheet.
Lightly spread mayonnaise on both the tops and bottoms of the rolls to enhance flavor and prevent sogginess.
Step 2: Cook the Steak & Veggies
In a skillet over medium-high heat, cook the thinly sliced steak with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder until browned. Drain excess liquid and set aside.
